lots of people have good intentions when carrying concealed but Most people think conceal-ability is the most important part.. first consideration should be comfort. Most people I know quit carrying the 2nd week after getting their license cause its cumbersome and most times digs into you... So they leave it at home. Or if its just a quick run to the store they dont want to go through putting it on just to run to the gas station 2 blocks away. next is maneuverability.. can you do every day tasks with it? then its conceal-ability.... To be honest, I dont really care if people see it printing.. I try not to print but Its not the first on my list.... Remember, Criminals arent gonna wait for you to go home and arm yourself. Most criminals are scouting and waiting for the most oppertune time to strike and thats when you least expect it, thats why carrying with an empty chamber is a bad idea. and what if you are wounded on your left before you can chamber a round? its not impossible but not optimal. I look forward to meeting my maker every day but im not gonna go licking doorknobs to speed up the process.

You and my husband... he drove otr for about 20 years..but even before he had the weird thing about being able to back into some of the tightest, most gingky, catewompus sites. Like he had all the space, 10 mile dock and nobody watching. He didn't know how it was just something he could do and he just improved on that. Some of those docks in Denver are a well cranky woman. We would be getting off the phone because he was at his receiver and one of the guys on the platform,that knew him would come over and ask him back it into a space because another driver couldn't and the did have yard guys. To bad we don't have a place around here. After doc suggested a less stressful situation for his heart he just hasn't been himself. I think working at yard backing trailers might help. He gets so bored at home and while it wouldn't scratch the itch to drive it might help with need to smell diesel and shift gears...and show off his backing skills.
